We collect and process user data solely for the purposes of delivering and optimizing our marketing and lead generation services. Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with U.S. data protection laws, including applicable federal and state regulations.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, cooperate with campaign efforts, and not use our services for unlawful or unethical purposes. The client is responsible for any content or materials provided to us for use in marketing campaigns.

 6.⁠ ⁠Lead Delivery and Performance

Lead delivery will be based on the scope and timeline defined in the agreement or campaign plan. While we employ best practices to deliver high-quality leads, we do not guarantee conversion rates or specific business outcomes, as these depend on external factors beyond our control.

 7.⁠ ⁠Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds

All fees are outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Once a campaign has started, refunds are generally not provided. Clients may cancel services with written notice, subject to the terms specified in their individual contracts.

 8.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, King and Associates Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.

 9.⁠ ⁠Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10.⁠ ⁠Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of State, Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
